DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY CHARGES
There are currently no charges for delivery if delivered on regular days within the Perth Metropolitan area, and the minimum order requirement of $100.00 is met. If a request is made for a special delivery, a courier charge may be passed on to you.

Country customers are responsible for the arrangement and cost of their own freight/cartage. Mondo Doro Pty Ltd offer a delivery service to the Perth based Freight Companies at no extra charge to the customer. However, this service is generally restricted to once a week but exceptions are possible.

CREDIT CLAIMS / RETURNS
Mondo Doro Pty Ltd will honour claims received within 3 Days of delivery. Customers are to notify either Sales Reps or Office Staff of credit requests. Once credit requests are approved, Mondo Doro Pty Ltd will process the claim and it will then appear on the customers account. If the claim does not apply to one particular invoice, the credit note will remain unallocated until such time as the customer deducts it from their payment.

Credit requests for products that are either out of date, or within  2-3 days of date will not be honoured. Customers that believe they have been over charged or invoiced incorrectly must contact Mondo Doro Pty Ltd as soon as possible. Any amounts that are short paid without notice to Mondo Doro Pty Ltd, or approval given by Mondo Doro Pty Ltd may result in Debt Collection.
